We are currently looking to hire a **Storage and Backup Technician** for a long-term project in a corporate environment, fully remote (100% telework), with on-call support shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administration of NetApp storage arrays. * Management of backups for virtual machines (VMware, Unix environments). * Operation of SAN/NAS environments, SAN switches, and replication processes. * Working with protocols: SAN, NAS, FC, FCoE, NFS, and CIFS. * Management of backup and recovery solutions using Commvault. * Participation in 24x7 support and on-call duty rotation. * Monitoring system performance and capacity. **What We Offer:** * Professional development and continuous training opportunities. * Flexible compensation and benefits supporting your mental and emotional well-being. * Ongoing training in key procedures and technologies. * A collaborative and innovative work environment within a leading IT solutions company. * Remote working arrangement. * Shifts from Monday to Friday covering hours from 08:00 to 18:30, distributed among three technicians, with start times at either 08:00 or 09:30 and one hour for lunch. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** * Vocational training in IT or higher education (equivalent experience will be considered). Experience in enterprise storage and backup. **Minimum Requirements:** * Knowledge of NetApp, VMware, and Commvault. * Experience with SAN/NAS architectures and associated protocols. * Participation in 24x7 support and on-call duty rotation. * At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. * English B2\. **Desirable Requirements:** * Technical certifications (Commvault, NetApp, Cloud AWS/Azure). * Experience in hybrid and cloud environments. * Automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash. * Incident resolution capability and commitment to continuous improvement. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, don’t hesitate—apply now... we’re waiting for you!!** Our commitment is to foster workplaces where individuals are treated with respect and dignity, always supporting the professional development of all employees.
