Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within the air conditioning and industrial refrigeration sector is required. Main responsibilities include: 1\. Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of air conditioning installations across various buildings, including steam boilers, air conditioning units, air compressors, electricity systems, etc. 2\. Scheduling inspections according to applicable regulations, responding to breakdowns as needed, and supporting other colleagues in building maintenance. 3\. Recovery of fluorinated gases, leak detection and repair in refrigeration systems. 4\. Indoor air quality measurement and energy consumption monitoring. **Requirements** -------------- ***Education***: Higher Technical Degree in Thermal and Fluid Installations Maintenance or Industrial Refrigeration; FPII and/or Higher Technical Degree in Installation and Maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems. ***Aragon Government Industrial Refrigeration Technician License.*** ***Experience***: At least 1 year demonstrable experience in a similar role and/or company. ***Knowledge in:*** * Electronics, plumbing, systems, motors and hydraulic pumps. * Electricity and basic PCI. * Air conditioning / Industrial refrigeration. * Basic computer office software skills. ***Desirable qualifications:*** * Second-cycle Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) certification by specialty (6 hrs). * RITE certification. * Fluorinated Gases Handling Certificate. * Valid driver's license. **Additional Information** ------------------------- Over 3,000 professionals in Spain are committed to ***environmental protection*** through proper management of essential resources: water, energy, and waste.
