What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Your primary mission will be to provide IT support at the Zaragoza plant, managing both hardware and software needs while ensuring users’ systems operate smoothly. You will be responsible for resolving incidents, implementing IT strategies, and ensuring users have appropriate technology to perform their duties. You will work closely with the IT Manager and collaborate with other departments to ensure successful delivery of IT services. Below are the main responsibilities for this role: * Resolve user incidents related to hardware, software, and internal networks. * Assist in developing and implementing IT strategies to improve service quality. * Manage the IT equipment lifecycle (installation, maintenance, and updates). * Maintain and strengthen relationships with local users, ensuring they have the technology required to meet business objectives. * Collaborate in defining service quality standards. * Work with other IT areas to achieve long-term IT project goals. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal Group policies regarding IT tasks. What will make you succeed in this position? To succeed in this role, you must hold at minimum a Higher Vocational Training Degree (FP Grado Superior) in Computing. Experience with Windows Server, M365, O365, and Intune is required, as well as solid networking skills (switches, VLANs) and hardware management expertise (OS installation, PC assembly/disassembly, meeting room device management). Programming skills are desirable, such as the ability to work with macros or understand existing programming solutions. A problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
