Effective and professional customer service skills We are looking for a person to carry out computer equipment repair and maintenance tasks, including computers, printers, and other related devices. A Basic Vocational Training qualification in Information Technology or a Professional Certificate in Microcomputing and Networks / Microcomputer Systems is required. A valid driving license B1 is mandatory. Proactivity, initiative, and an open attitude toward continuous learning will be valued. Strong customer service skills, delivering effective and professional interactions, are also important. This is a full-time temporary contract with standard working hours from 8:00 to 16:00, except on Thursdays when the schedule is 8:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00. Some flexibility in working hours is possible. The position requires availability to travel throughout the Aragon region. Salary will comply with the Metal Trade Collective Agreement. There is potential for the contract to become permanent.
