Participation in AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies We are seeking a professional to support, maintain, and comprehensively manage IT systems. Responsibilities include administration of the Microsoft 365 environment—covering users, permissions, email, and collaborative tools—as well as hardware and software configuration, installation, and updates. The selected candidate will resolve technical incidents and deliver effective, direct support. Additionally, they will participate in the implementation and development of AI-driven and emerging technology solutions aimed at process improvement. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Information and Communications Technology, or a university degree in Engineering—especially Computer Science—is required. Knowledge of English for technical documentation and tool usage is valued. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with autonomy for remote work, are also considered advantageous. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 h, with salary commensurate with qualifications. The position is located in Zaragoza.
