DESCRIPTION We are seeking an ATM Systems Engineer to participate in an international technological project related to air traffic control systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for capturing and analyzing user requirements, specifying system and subsystem requirements, designing functional solutions, and validating developments. They will also participate in client presentations and follow-up sessions, ensuring compliance with the methodological and quality standards defined for the project. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory Requirements** * Knowledge and experience working with **IBM DOORS** and **Confluence**. * **C1** level English proficiency, required to operate effectively in international projects. * Ability to work with methodologies and quality standards in critical technological environments. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in system and subsystem requirements analysis and specification. * Experience in user requirements capture and analysis. * Knowledge of system defect and error management, tracking, and resolution. * Certifications or specific training in **DOORS, Confluence or Power BI**. **IBM DOORS** is a tool for managing, organizing, and maintaining traceability of technical and functional requirements throughout the project. **Confluence** is a collaborative platform for creating, centralizing, and sharing documentation, procedures, meeting minutes, and team decisions.
