Ongoing training and a close-knit work environment **Join our team!** At Dia Spain, we are looking to hire a **Fishmonger** for our supermarket in xxxx, committed to quality and customer service. #### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Customer service and advisory support:** Deliver friendly, high-quality service, addressing customer questions and assisting with product selection in the fish department. * **Cutting, cleaning, and preparing fish and seafood:** Clean, fillet, and present products following food safety and quality standards. * **Counter setup and restocking:** Assemble and replenish the fish department display, ensuring order, freshness, and attractive product presentation. * **Maintaining order and hygiene:** Perform daily cleaning of the work area and tools in accordance with established safety and hygiene protocols. * **Inventory management:** Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and ordering requirements to ensure the best fish department products are available.
