Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized electromechanical technician for preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance of machinery in the food industry, ensuring hygiene and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Electromechanical maintenance in the food industry. 2. Incident management and daily plant startup. 3. Compliance with food safety and quality regulations. We are looking for a candidate with electromechanical experience to join a food industry company located in Torrent. Main responsibilities will include handling incidents and performing corrective maintenance. Daily plant startup, as well as adjustment and verification of proper machinery operation, will also be essential. The selected candidate will carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to a scheduled plan. Additionally, they will conduct detailed inspections of external facilities, identifying and reporting any deficiencies found. All technical interventions must be recorded and relevant reports completed. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring hygiene and cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment, and actively collaborate to optimize operational efficiency. Strict adherence to current regulations regarding food safety, quality, and environmental protection is mandatory. The position offers a full-time contract with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) under a 4th-shift system, including one weekend of work per month and legally mandated rest days. * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience performing the duties described. * We seek a proactive, organized, and communicative individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. GM/GS in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electromechanics or related fields
