Opportunity for leadership in a growing industrial environment #### **About the Job: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** LUZA Group is looking to hire a **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** for a growing industrial company, aiming to reinforce the organization and efficiency of the production plant. What will your responsibilities be? * Distributing drawings and production orders to staff. * Assigning and organizing tasks and teams on the shop floor. * Recording and monitoring production hours. * Supervising quality self-checks and processes. * Managing and recording production incidents. * Controlling quality upon receipt of materials. * Supervising material traceability and movements. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and organization on the shop floor. * Identifying and controlling materials in production. * Coordinating maintenance interventions. * Managing waste on the shop floor. * Ensuring and supervising compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations. * Conducting inventories and stock control. * Operational communication with the production team. * Monitoring the overall status of products on the shop floor. Requirements: * **During the first two months, the selected candidate will undergo initial training at our facilities in Segovia, Monday to Friday (7:00–15:00\), integrating with the local team to learn processes and work methodology.** * Work methods and schedules * Facility maintenance * ISO 9000 standards * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Degree * Team and personnel management * Teamwork * Responsibility and reliability * Leadership (desirable) * Communication skills * Initiative, flexibility, and capacity for continuous improvement What do we offer?
