We are seeking a **JUNIOR STUDY ENGINEER**, integrated into the Business Development Department, based at our offices in **MADRID city (Manoteras area)**. We do not require prior experience; instead, we seek candidates motivated to train and grow as part of the company’s talent pipeline. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Recent graduate holding a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Building Construction or Industrial Engineering** (degree obtained between 2022–2025). * English language proficiency at **B2 level or higher**. * **Motivation for long-term development within the company and interest in taking on new challenges.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design **layouts for international factories**, proposing alternative production and design solutions for evaluation, budgeting, and inclusion in international commercial studies. * **Perform technical calculations and design work** for commercial studies. Conduct measurements, calculate quantities, assign embedded components, prepare documentation, etc., as well as **analyze technical specifications** and communicate requirements to relevant internal departments. All this contributes to preparing a **technical and economic quotation** for assigned project studies. * If the project is awarded, hand over all study-related information to the newly appointed project engineer. * Provide technical advisory support to the commercial department. **WE OFFER:** - One-year contract for professional practice, with genuine prospects for continuation thereafter. - On-site position with flexible working hours, intensive Friday schedule, and one day per week of remote work.
