We seek a professional from the private security sector with experience in team coordination and a commitment to operational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for verifying that security personnel fulfill their duties, planning and managing service shifts, organizing work schedules, and monitoring absenteeism. They will also conduct periodic inspections to ensure quality, report incidents to the relevant supervisor, and maintain up-to-date records and documentation. Compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations will be guaranteed, and the needs of both staff and clients will be addressed. This position offers an indefinite contract and full-time office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., located in Zaragoza city. A company vehicle is provided, and salary is aligned with the applicable collective agreement and professional category. A minimum qualification of high school diploma (Bachillerato) is required; certification as Security Manager or Director, a valid Private Security Personnel Identification Card (TIP), and at least five years’ experience as a Security Guard are highly valued.
