This is essential due to the high technical complexity of our products. * Have over two years’ prior experience performing MAG/MIG welding tasks. Experience in aluminum structure welding and prior certification in this area will be viewed favorably. * Proficiency in blueprint interpretation. Interpreting blueprints to carry out welding tasks will be part of your daily responsibilities, so prior experience here will enable rapid adaptation to the role. * Experience working in environments where Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement are embedded in daily operations.
