On a daily basis, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a workforce across various construction sites. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Coordination and supervision of the assigned team across different construction sites. * Serve as the preventive resource regarding occupational health and safety (PRL). * Planning and monitoring of projects. * Cost control and materials management. * Preparation of tenders for various construction sites according to client specifications. * Participation in client meetings for project follow-up and progress tracking. * Weekly reporting on the team under your supervision. * Administrative and human resources management of the assigned team. * Willingness to travel geographically depending on project needs (Zaragoza, Vitoria, Bilbao, Pamplona, among others). **What qualifications do you need?** * University degree in Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing teams and projects. * Advanced knowledge of analytical tools and metrics (KPIs). * Proficiency in digital and office productivity tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to travel nationally. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a globally present company and become part of an innovative, dynamic, and purpose-driven team. * Participation in an expanding project offering real opportunities for professional growth and development. * A key role in shaping the company’s growth, actively contributing to its success. * A high degree of autonomy within a collaborative, dynamic, and innovative team.
