Job Summary: We are seeking a production professional with experience in raw material dosing, bagging, and forklift operation in industrial environments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in raw material dosing and control for production. 2. Product handling and operation of machinery on the bagging line. 3. Supplying and removing products using a forklift. Our Goals – Your Path **Tower Position – Main Responsibilities:** 1. Dose raw materials by feeding machinery to ensure correct production according to manufacturing orders. 2. Visually monitor raw material stock levels and verify the halb (recipe) of production orders. **Tower Position – Includes:** * Weighing and precisely dosing raw materials, additives, and pigments. * Handling raw materials, minorities, and finished products manually or mechanically using forklifts, pallet trucks and/or vacuum manipulators, stacker cranes and/or electric pallet stacker trucks. * Filling the fiber machine for dosing. * Cleaning the interior of the mixer. * Daily cleaning of the workstation and collaboration in general cleaning. * Maintaining identification of raw material and minority shelving. * Weekly minimal maintenance tasks detailed in technical instructions. * Starting up compressors and the dryer. * Charging the electric pallet truck. * Assisting in discharging hoppers and scales (using a mallet for La Bañeza and Les Franqueses, a rod for Albatera, vibration and compressed air). * Operating the stacker crane. **Bagging Position – Main Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise proper operation of the production line following instructions outlined in the production schedule. 2. Perform quality control of finished products and notify Quality immediately upon detecting any anomalies. **Bagging Position – Includes:** * Handling raw materials, minorities, and finished products manually or mechanically using forklifts, pallet trucks or electric pallet stacker trucks. * Starting up bagging machines, general suction systems, sack markers, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. * Cleaning fluidization chambers as required by the established schedule after each product, adhering to safety rules and procedures. * Verifying color, marking, pallet wrapping, and correct weight at the start of each product run. * Daily cleaning of the workstation and general cleaning. * Validating unloading of the next manufacturing order. * Daily maintenance tasks: machine cleaning, vacuum cleaner cleaning (used for cleaning bagging chamber fluidization chambers), visual inspection of roller conveyors, chains, and stretch wrapper blades. * Starting up compressors and the bagging machine. **Forklift Operator Position – Main Responsibilities:** 1. Supply production lines. 2. Remove finished products from the end of production lines. 3. Assist in conducting inventory counts. **Forklift Operator Position – Includes:** * Handling raw materials, minorities, and finished products manually or mechanically using forklifts, pallet trucks or electric pallet stacker trucks. * Preparing leftover finished products for reuse in daily production. * Responsible for disposing of different types of waste into the appropriate containers. * Supplying the pallet buffer zone for the palletizer and unloading trucks carrying empty pallets. * Daily cleaning of the workstation and collaboration in general cleaning. * Opening and closing gates and securing latches. * Respecting and maintaining the layout. Keeping up-to-date identification of raw material shelves, bags, silos, products, etc. * Refueling the forklift and sweeper. * Completing remaining production quantities from previous batches using the vacuum manipulator, automatically stretch-wrapping pallets, scanning the corresponding SAP label and affixing it to the pallet. * Visual inspection of roller conveyors. * Replacing the filter bag of the central suction system (Big Bag) and other collection Big Bags, as well as emptying production waste dumpers.
