We are building a gypsum board manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; **Gypzero,** an innovative and sustainable project driving the industry toward the NetZero model. You will work in the Maintenance department of the new gypsum board plant and biomass plant, contributing directly to operational success. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Comprehensive Maintenance: Carry out preventive, corrective, and, where applicable, predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment. * Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in equipment at the gypsum and biomass plants, prioritizing according to production needs. * Assembly and Adjustment: Perform assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and alignment of key components such as motors, bearings, belts, chains, and couplings. * Transport Systems: Adjust and maintain transport systems (conveyor belts, screw conveyors, elevators, chains, rollers) to prevent line stoppages. * Basic Welding: Perform basic welding and metal fabrication tasks (supports, reinforcements, repairs to hoppers and structures). * Record Keeping and Collaboration: Record interventions in established systems (CMMS) and collaborate with the electrical maintenance team. **What can Alier offer you?** * **Contract type:** Permanent. * **Professional Development:** Active participation in continuous improvement of facilities and work methods. * **Flexible compensation** **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * Minimum Qualification: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent. * Required Experience: At least 3 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance. * Solid Technical Knowledge: General mechanics and rotating equipment. Transport systems. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to interpret technical drawings. Basic welding skills.
