If your answer is YES, keep reading. At Grupo AGORA (Cervezas Ambar), we are seeking a **Brewing Production Operator** for our La Cartuja brewery (Zaragoza). As a Brewing Operator, you will be a key player in the production process—from the arrival of raw materials to the point where beer is ready for packaging. You will work alongside an expert team in a dynamic industrial environment, ensuring that each stage of the process is carried out with maximum quality, efficiency, and safety. You will report directly to the Brewing Production Manager and collaborate with various departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering, also participating in continuous improvement initiatives for our facilities. **What will be your challenges?** * You will be part of the automated beer brewing process—from raw material unloading to delivery to packaging lines. * You will identify and resolve incidents together with the Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. * You will monitor production KPIs (raw material consumption, supplies, etc.). * You will carry out routine checks to ensure proper production operation. * You will manage raw material supply and record it in the ERP system (SAP). * You will collect samples at various stages of the process to ensure maximum product quality. * You will participate in facility improvement and optimization projects. What are we looking for?** * Education: If you hold a Vocational Training qualification (e.g., Industrial Chemistry, Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control, etc.) related to the pharmaceutical field—or similar—you already have a strong foundation to help us perfect every detail of our production. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial environments. Do you come from the chemical or food industry? We love that! And if you also have SAP experience, even better. Here, we’ll help you take your knowledge to the next level. * Proficiency in digital tools: Excel holds no secrets for you, and you feel comfortable using Office applications to record and analyze data that improves our production. * Mobility: You must hold a valid driver’s license and be available to commute to our Cartuja brewery. * Rotating shifts: Morning/Afternoon/Night.
