As an Amazon Trainer, you will play a critical role in the onboarding process and in enhancing employee competencies. You will work with individuals at all career stages, from newly hired employees to executives. This position requires shift flexibility, including weekend and night shifts. Key job responsibilities * Deliver training and guidance aligned with Amazon standards. * Review and improve training compliance rates across fulfillment centers, collaborating with managers and staff. * Analyze feedback to identify areas where training courses can be optimized or enhanced. * Work with teams to identify domains requiring additional training and development. * Help evaluate metrics such as safety, quality, and processes across all centers. * Train and coach staff to become ambassadors who support delivering training and guiding local teams. A day in the life The Trainer’s role is to share and uphold our process standards. You will deliver high-quality training on topics such as safety, culture, and center-specific procedures to the Amazon team and external partners, and serve as the welcoming point for new hires. As a Trainer, you will ensure strict adherence to operational standards by everyone. You will know how to provide constructive feedback that supports the growth and development of trainees. You will work directly in one of our operational centers and deliver both in-person and virtual training to teams across various shifts. You may also assist other centers when needed. You will work independently but maintain regular contact with staff and key stakeholders. About the team Customer Fulfillment (CF) centers are the origin of Amazon. Some of us work directly with products, while others analyze data that underpins intelligent decision-making across the entire company.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Relevant experience using clear communication, plus demonstrable experience delivering group training and developing corresponding communication and learning materials. * Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting. * Advanced Spanish language proficiency. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience in career counseling, mentoring, or teaching. * Relevant experience simultaneously managing multiple priority areas.
