Establish relationships and coordinate technical visits. * Report, control, and monitor the CMMS system. * Manage the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to GMP standards for the Production Maintenance department. * Manage CAPAs related to the department from a Quality perspective. * Manage Change Controls within the department. * Develop Standard Operating Procedures specific to the EHS department that apply to Production Maintenance. * Manage theoretical and practical training for Production Maintenance Operators through Studium. * Provide and control necessary safety equipment (PPE) to comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Support and follow up on departmental projects, working groups, and initiatives within a Lean Manufacturing framework. * Coordinate with the Production Maintenance Manager and shift supervisors to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance activities. * Monitor the proper implementation of internal procedures and foster interdepartmental collaboration aimed at improving production equipment. **Experience and qualifications** * Education: Technical Engineering or Higher Vocational Training (Level II) preferred. * Relevant experience in similar roles/functions is valued. * Professional experience in related sectors (food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals) is advantageous. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Proficiency in office software.
