




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and ensure achievement of sales objectives. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join the Atika Pharma team, a highly motivated and results-oriented pharmaceutical laboratory. Selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. As a Sales Representative, you must establish strong customer relationships, provide technical information about our products, and deliver excellent service to ensure achievement of sales targets. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, and other key stakeholders, primarily in gynecology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, bariatric surgery and nutrition, emergency medicine, pharmacy, and primary care. * Present and promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their benefits and technical features. * Conduct regular customer visits to identify sales opportunities and generate new business. * Provide technical and scientific information about our products to healthcare professionals, effectively responding to questions and inquiries. * Organize and participate in events, congresses, and promotional activities to increase the company’s and its products’ visibility. * Maintain careful tracking of sales and prepare periodic reports on progress and achieved results. * Stay updated on trends and developments in the pharmaceutical field to provide professional and up-to-date advice to customers. **Requirements:** * University degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields (relevant sales experience will be considered if this requirement is not met). * Prior experience in the territory, including visits to private hospitals and private clinics. * Experience in the following specialties will be valued: gynecology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, bariatric surgery and nutrition, emergency medicine, pharmacy, and primary care. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective customer relationships. * Results-oriented, with negotiation and deal-closing skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-service-oriented attitude. * Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry in general. * Willingness to travel and work within the assigned area. **Conditions:** * Permanent contract with the legally established probationary period. * Competitive salary commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. * Bonus based on performance objectives. * Immediate start. * Company-provided health insurance to ensure employee well-being after completion of the probationary period. * Company car to facilitate mobility and commercial activities. * Discounts on products from our brands. **Why Join Our Team?** We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your talent and effort will be recognized and rewarded.
