




Job Summary: We are seeking a PRL trainer for bars/restaurants and socio-healthcare sectors, responsible for planning, delivering, and facilitating courses, adapting to learners’ needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define course objectives and organize the curriculum 2. Prepare teaching materials adapted to participants’ level 3. Facilitate group dynamics by encouraging participation and teamwork PRL training for bars/restaurants and socio-healthcare sectors. Total duration: 40 hours, to be delivered between 9 and 13 March. Before and during course planning: Define course objectives (what learners must be able to do upon completion: identify hazards, preventive measures, emergency response, etc.). Organize the curriculum: legal framework, general hazards, sector-specific hazards, personal protective equipment (PPE), emergencies and first aid, basic prevention management. Prepare teaching materials (presentations, videos, case studies, worksheets, assessment tests) adapted to participants’ level. During the 30 classroom hours: Explain theoretical concepts clearly and understandably, linking them to learners’ actual workplace situations. Conduct practical activities: case analysis, hazard identification in photos or videos, simple simulations, PPE usage practice, emergency role-play. Facilitate group dynamics: encourage questions, debates, teamwork and participation so learners internalize safe behaviors. Adapt pace and language to the group, identifying those who fall behind and providing alternative examples as needed. Reinforce legally mandated requirements: theoretical-practical training, sufficient in scope and appropriate to workplace risks. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the role described in this vacancy * Training required by SOC * Competencies/knowledge: Validated by SOC to deliver PRL training * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Intensive working schedule * Additional information of interest: Salary negotiable
