Job Summary: Night-shift nurse providing direct patient care, assessing health status, administering treatments, and collaborating on care plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Educate and guide patients and their families * A night-shift nurse is required. * Provide direct patient care and medical attention under the supervision of the medical team. * Conduct health assessments, including initial and ongoing patient evaluations. * Administer treatments and medications according to medical prescriptions. * Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. * Collaborate in planning and implementing individualized care plans for each patient. * Assist in medical and surgical procedures. * Educate and guide patients and their families regarding care and treatments. * Maintain accurate and complete records of provided care. * Comply with healthcare quality and safety regulations and procedures.
