You will design and prototype a SharePoint site that centralizes budgeting, HR, skill tracking, and vendor management. Your work will streamline processes for the CTO Office and IT Production heads, enhancing efficiency and transparency. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** Gather requirements from CTO, finance, HR, and outsourcing stakeholders. Design SharePoint architecture: site hierarchy, libraries, lists, and workflows. Build a demo site, conduct user testing, and iterate based on feedback. Create user guides, process sheets, and deliver hands‑on workshops. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING** Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Business. Prior experience in IT environments. Fluent English (written \& spoken); French a plus. Proficient with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with Power BI is desirable.
