Your role will involve close collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers, as well as organizing work teams and planning preventive and corrective maintenance interventions. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting and managing information flow via the management system, ensuring all processes remain efficient and well-organized.* ***Main Responsibilities:*** * *Supervise the team of mechanics and spare parts personnel.* * *Manage machinery repairs (primarily excavators, backhoe loaders, etc.).* * *Maintain direct communication with suppliers and customers.* * *Organize maintenance and repair interventions, ensuring quality in every task.* * *Manage technical documentation and service-related reports.* * *Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.* * *Coordinate with the Commercial Department for machinery and equipment deliveries.* ***What will make you succeed in this role?*** *We seek a candidate with an Engineering or Technical Degree and experience in the machinery sector—or a similar field. It is essential that you possess team management expertise—particularly in workshops or technical environments—as well as leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.* *Although not mandatory, ERP knowledge will be considered an advantage, as will English language proficiency to communicate effectively with international suppliers.
