




Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant with experience in hotels/restaurants to join a dynamic team, assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. If you have experience in hotels or restaurants with elaborate service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to meet you. - Prepare basic ingredients: peeling, cutting, cleaning. - Assist in preparing simple dishes (mise en place) and cold station. - Clean utensils and work areas. - Collaborate in receiving and storing goods, as required. - Ensure cleanliness and order in the work area. - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene to guarantee work under optimal safety conditions. Comply with food hygiene standards (HACCP). - Support the chef during service. * Experience: 4 months. Prior experience highly valued. * MIDDLE-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / knowledge: Organizational skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment. Proactive attitude: Responsible, punctual person with a positive mindset and orientation towards continuous improvement. Attention to detail: In preparation, presentation, and storage of products. Rigor in task execution: Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times. Teamwork and pressure management: Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary from '1500' to '1700' * Other relevant information: Schedule: 2:00–10:00 PM (consecutive). Two consecutive rotating days off. Immediate availability, 14 payments per year, salary to be determined according to experience.
