Reporting to the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for supporting documentation tasks, creating reports/dashboards, monitoring contractual obligations, and tracking orders arising from processes related to opening planning and supply, warehouse operational processes, fleet management, waste management, and general expense management, aiming at automation and industrialization of these processes. YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring proper service to internal customers and sales. Ensuring the execution of goods inbound and outbound processes. Controlling quantity and quality of received items. Complying with safety regulations. Contributing to cost management by controlling known and unknown losses and helping preserve company assets. Loading and unloading using a front loader and receiving goods via radiofrequency. Collaborating with your team within the company's values framework. Participating in warehouse and company life. WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? Minimum of **1 year** experience as a goods receiver within a logistics structure or similar role. Experience dealing with transporters, managing delivery notes, and keeping track of daily incoming goods. Experience operating machinery (front loader, forklift, and reach truck) and using radiofrequency devices. Valid driver's license. Residence within the province of the vacant position and ability to commute to the warehouse using personal vehicle or public transportation.
