Minimum two or more years' construction administration, architecture, engineering or similar experience. **CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES** Working towards or eligible for licensure as either a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired. **COMMUNICATION SKILLS** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
