At AZIMUT you will find a pleasant working environment where you can develop your professional career; we invest in talent and provide stimulating facilities for work. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Reporting to Management, this role is responsible for quality management, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System under ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, as well as managing the company’s data protection system (LOPD). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Managing internal audits for quality, environment, LOPD, UCA, and others. * Supporting external audits for renewal and maintenance of the certifications described above. * Ensuring root causes of identified Non-Conformities are analysed, tracking proposed corrective and preventive actions, and verifying their effectiveness. * Maintaining the Integrated Management System (Quality/Environment). * Developing and updating procedures and standardized documentation for the management system, ensuring validity of the Quality and Procedures Manual. * Handling customer complaints, ensuring root cause analysis, establishing corrective and preventive actions, and responding to customers. * Managing Occupational Risk Prevention in coordination with the external prevention service. * Identifying, drafting, processing, and justifying official grants/subsidies related to occupational safety and health and/or quality management. * Supporting other responsibilities assigned to the Management Assistant role. * Proactively collaborating in implementing occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management systems, as well as applying AZIMUT’s financial, commercial, and human resources policies within the scope of responsibility, in collaboration with other departments. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Fixed salary plus monthly variable pay linked to achievement of objectives. * Company-funded training. * Permanent employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–14:00 and 15:15–18:00; Fridays, 08:30–14:30. **Requirements:** --------------- **CANDIDATE PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for negotiating with suppliers and reading documents and regulations. **EDUCATION:** * Vocational Training Level II (FPII) or higher education qualification, with training and experience in Quality Management Systems. Especially valued: * Training in Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001/14001). * Training in Lean methodology (Office, Manufacturing…) **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Training or experience in management systems (ISO, Lean, Quality) is desirable. * Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment) * LOPD * Proficiency in Microsoft 365. * User-level ERP knowledge.
