Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Installations Site Manager responsible for controlling, executing, and supervising installation projects while ensuring quality. Key Points: 1. Position focused on control and execution of assigned construction works. We are looking for a Mechanical Installations Site Manager in Madrid. Your responsibilities will include controlling and executing assigned construction works, ensuring compliance with the quality policy and contributing to its improvement. You will be fully responsible for comprehensive supervision of the management and execution of installation projects. For this position, a Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields is required. Demonstrable prior experience in a similar role is mandatory. Up-to-date knowledge of applicable sector regulations is essential. Experience in air conditioning projects and in team management and coordination will be valued. Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training is mandatory, as is possession of a Class B driving license. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00\. The gross annual remuneration will be €25,000\. Immediate start is required.
