Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic area manager to visit pharmacies, implement communication campaigns, develop brands and products, and improve sell-out through merchandising and visibility. Key Highlights: 1. Manage a pharmacy portfolio to maximize campaign visibility. 2. Serve as the privileged liaison between pharmacists and laboratories. 3. Activate and retain pharmacies through merchandising and visibility initiatives. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** Your primary mission will be: * Visit a targeted pharmacy portfolio every four weeks, according to pharmaceutical and cosmetic laboratory listings, to implement their communication campaigns, develop their brands and products, and improve pharmacy sell-out. * Serve as the pharmacist’s privileged contact for laboratory communications. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: * Merchandising activities: shelf optimization, shelf reorganization, gondola headers, counter displays, and product theatricalization. * Visibility activities in shop windows. * Cleaning and placement of customized stickers on pharmacy shop windows. * Visibility and promotional operations: theatricalization, gondola headers, shelf optimization, counter displays. * Daily reporting of activities, including qualitative photographs of implemented actions. * Maintenance and development of available locations for partner laboratories’ communications. **Profile:** We seek an authentic area manager capable of activating and retaining their pharmacy portfolio to maximize the visibility of our clients’ communication initiatives.
