In addition, the candidate will implement vocational guidance interventions and actions aimed at enhancing professional competencies, with support provided both to the individual and their family at the core of all interventions. **Functions related to supporting access to public sector employment:** * Providing information and advice to persons with intellectual disabilities and their families regarding public sector employment opportunities. * Comprehensive support throughout each stage of public selection processes. * Assistance with administrative procedures required to successfully complete a public sector selection process. * Support during onboarding into the job position. * Monitoring labor inclusion and providing support to family members. **Functions related to vocational guidance:** * Vocational orientation interviews and professional profile analysis. * Planning, designing, and facilitating training activities. * Support during labor integration, periodic follow-up, and coordination with employers to ensure job retention. * Coordination with educational and training centers, families, and technical teams. **Profile:** **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, or equivalent. **Additional Training:** Specific training in supporting persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, vocational guidance, family support, and person-centered methodologies will be valued. **Minimum three years of professional experience in:** * Supporting and accompanying persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. * Developing vocational guidance and labor market prospecting programs. **Competencies:** Initiative and autonomy, Optimism and enthusiasm, Flexibility, Organization and planning, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Diplomacy and professionalism **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** 6 months to 1 year **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross per year **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Bachelor’s degree **Minimum Experience Required:** At least 3 years **Start Date:** 15/01/2026 **End Date of Activity:** 31/12/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
