From LUZA Group, we are seeking to hire a **Building Planning Technician (BIM) for residential building projects in Zaragoza**. If you have **initial site experience** and want to **grow** alongside a nationally leading construction company, this is your opportunity! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Planning building projects using BIM models, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met prior to production start. * Conducting preliminary development studies and 3D modeling (BIM) to obtain parametric costs and data analytics. * Analyzing budgets, resources, and productivity. * Managing and updating BIM libraries and databases. * Auditing models and validating information before construction begins. * Supporting the Site Manager in production control and continuous improvement of planning and execution processes. * Designing and creating work systems, implementing new procedures and ensuring continuous improvement of existing ones. **Required Qualifications:** * Education in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or similar. * 1\-2 years of experience in similar roles. **We value:** * Basic knowledge of costs, construction execution, and BIM software. * Organized, problem-solving individual with eagerness to learn in a real construction environment. * Results and quality orientation. * Leadership skills and ability to work in a team. **What we offer:** * Immediate incorporation into a leading construction company in Zaragoza. * Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00\-13:00 and 15:30\-18:00. * Intensive working hours on Fridays and during summer months. * Flexible compensation including meal, transportation, and childcare allowances. * Benefits under the Zaragoza Construction Collective Agreement. * Construction Sector Pension Plan. * Competitive salary, commensurate with your experience and skills. **If you are looking to grow within an industry-leading company and contribute your talent in planning and construction, we want to meet you!**
