Your main duties will include: * **Advising, implementing, and supervising** the proper management of occupational risk prevention, in accordance with current legislation and management directives. * **Developing and monitoring preventive action plans**, tracking and controlling actions to ensure their effectiveness. * **Coordinating company activities (CAE)** with external contractors and subcontractors, managing applicable risks related to performed tasks and verifying required documentation. * **Leading Health and Safety Committee meetings**, supported by area managers and external representatives, to ensure proper communication and implementation of preventive measures. * **Managing relations with the mutual insurance company**, including scheduling and follow-up of employee medical examinations, as well as handling workplace accidents and incidents—including investigation and root-cause analysis. * **Conducting risk assessments**, managing job description sheets, and developing an emergency plan—reviewing and updating safety procedures regularly. * **Designing, promoting, and managing preventive training activities**, both internally and jointly with external prevention services, ensuring all employees receive necessary training. * **Managing audits and corrective actions**, collaborating in the design and execution of improvements within a continuous improvement framework. **What will make you succeed in this role?** We seek a candidate holding a **Master’s degree covering all three specialties of occupational risk prevention**, with prior experience implementing occupational health and safety policies and management systems. Strong **planning and organizational skills**, along with a **high capacity to manage large volumes of data**, and coordinate multiple activities, are essential. We also value the ability to coordinate teams, communicate effectively, and proactively resolve problems. Experience in **audits**, as well as the ability to manage corrective and preventive actions, will be highly valued.
