Register guests, assign rooms, and block reserved rooms. 2\. Know and provide information about room status, type, and location, participating in their coordination and maintenance. 3\. Provide guests with all requested information and services during their stay. 4\. Carry out guest billing, both direct payment and credit, including services provided by other departments.
