Inspired by international luxury hotels and spas, VOUCLER develops **bedding, bath, and fragrance products** that elevate rest, comfort, and quality of life. **Job Description** We are seeking an **Autonomous B2B Sales Representative** to develop the VOUCLER brand in the professional market, especially within the **hotel, hospitality, interior design, and premium residential project sectors**. This position targets sales professionals with sensitivity toward design, wellness, and conscious luxury, and with a strong results orientation. **Responsibilities** * Acquisition and development of B2B clients * Sale of **home wellness** solutions (home textiles and fragrances) * Prospecting of: * + Luxury hotels, spas, and accommodations + Managers of tourist apartments + Architecture and interior design studios * Presentation of VOUCLER’s value proposition * Negotiation and closing of commercial agreements * Customer follow-up and retention **Requirements** * Self-employed professional or availability to become self-employed * Experience in B2B sales * Residence in Madrid or strong commercial presence in the area * Valuable experience in: * + Hotel or contract sector + Interior design, decoration, or premium brands * Commercial, autonomous, and goal-oriented profile * Sensitivity toward design, wellness, and customer experience **Benefits** * Collaboration as an **Autonomous Sales Representative with VOUCLER** * **Initial financial support for launching activities \- Fixed monthly incentive:** €1,000 for expenses * **Commission plan:** variable based on **revenue and achievement of objectives. 10% commission per sale, with no income ceiling** * Premium brand project in expansion phase across Spain * Commercial support, sales materials, and initial guidance * High potential for professional and economic growth
