We are seeking a **Construction Manager / Site Manager in Zaragoza**, responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of our Service Station construction works. The selected candidate will perform the following FUNCTIONS: * Coordinate the work of construction companies and subcontracted firms involved in the construction and/or renovation of service stations nationwide. * Supervise and monitor the work carried out by various subcontracted firms, as well as coordinate with engineering firms responsible for technical supervision of the works. * Verify that construction execution complies with the defined project specifications. * Plan the various construction execution phases and control their timelines. * Conduct scheduled construction progress meetings. * Provide optimal solutions to any unforeseen issues arising during project execution. * Review and approve certifications issued by construction companies and subcontracted firms.
