LUZA Group is looking for an experienced **Residential Construction Site Manager** to join a leading company in sustainable construction and industrialized building. What will your responsibilities be? * Planning and organizing the workflow and operational procedures on site. * Organizing workspaces, maneuvering areas, storage zones, loading/unloading zones, workshops, and site access points. * Monitoring and supervising construction execution. * Ensuring adherence to the project schedule. * Interpreting drawings and carrying out layout surveys for construction units. * Organizing and supervising work teams; assigning tasks to workers. * Coordinating work performed by various tradespeople and subcontractors. * Receiving and organizing materials, storage areas, workshops, etc. * Calculating material requirements and measuring completed work. * Ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety Plan and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Managing materials, equipment, and machinery on site. * Supervising and verifying work processes and outcomes. * Controlling quality of executed construction items. Required Qualifications: * Prior experience in building construction projects. * University degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. * Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. * Autonomy and initiative in performing assigned duties.
