Your main responsibilities will include: End-to-end management of maintenance projects, from initial definition through to final installation delivery. Designing processes and layouts tailored to internal customer needs, ensuring efficient and functional solutions. Planning, monitoring, and coordinating construction works, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget. Collaboration with other departments, including: coordination with the internal machinery development team for proprietary solutions; sourcing, selection, and procurement of external machinery when required; and joint work with the programming team for preliminary electrical schematic design. Procurement management of materials and services required for project execution. Supervision of assembly and commissioning of designed production lines. Performance assurance, verifying that production lines achieve defined productivity and availability levels.
