Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within a chemical-cosmetic company, coordinating teams and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate the maintenance team. 2. Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. 3. Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of equipment and processes. Roval Cosmética, a subsidiary of Roval Cosmétiques, is located in Alcover, Spain (one hour south of Barcelona). At Roval, a chemical-cosmetic company located in Alcover (Tarragona), we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance area and coordinate the assigned team. **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the plant. (Proven experience in maintenance management required) * Ensure compliance with regulations (GMP, ISO, industrial safety). * Coordinate and develop the technical team. * Coordinate interventions with external suppliers: after-sales service, calibrations, certifications, installations, etc. * Manage suppliers, spare parts, and the department’s budget. * Diagnose failures and implement continuous improvement of equipment and processes. * Monitor KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, preventive plan). **Requirements** * Technical or University Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field). * 5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance; experience in chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industries preferred. * Experience leading teams. * Knowledge of electromechanics, automation, packaging lines, and utilities (boilers, compressors, HVAC, etc.). * Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). **Competencies** * Operational leadership * Analytical and organizational skills * Continuous improvement and safety orientation * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
