**Why do we need you?** We have an opening in the Maintenance department! The person joining will become part of a 20-member team within the maintenance department. Main responsibilities include: * Directing, coordinating, and supervising the work carried out by graphic designers/drafters in the department. * Defining and implementing mechanical and machine safety standards for the factory. * Providing technical support to the maintenance workshop in defining improvements and identifying issues on production lines. * Within our continuous improvement system WCM: participating in and leading maintenance and interdisciplinary projects, providing technical support for improvement definition. * Responsible for maintaining the stock of mechanical components necessary for the proper operation of the factory. * Preparing mechanical specifications and solutions for factory expansion and improvement projects. * Participating in bidding, negotiation, awarding, and being responsible for subsequent control and supervision of mechanical and civil installation services. **Is this job right for you?** This vacancy is ideal for you if: You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in mechanics. You have at least 3 years of experience as a mechanical engineer in industrial facilities. You have experience in continuous flow processes.
