At **Pardo, a company of the Pikolin Group**, we seek someone who makes a difference by ensuring that **materials arrive on time, in the right quantity and quality**, keeping our production continuously operational. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Efficiently managing procurement orders and materials planning (MRP / AS400). * Coordinating receipts, urgent deliveries, and planning changes with production and warehouse teams. * Maintaining smooth relationships with national and international suppliers. * Optimizing inventory and supporting logistics improvements (Kanban, Lean Supply, VMI). * Managing procurement of **new parts, quotations, and new engineering drawings**. **What we are looking for:** * Higher Vocational Training Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Administration, Commerce, or Industrial Engineering. * 2–4 years of experience in industrial materials procurement or planning. * Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (AS400 or similar), advanced Excel, and reporting. * Technical English. * Proactive, organized individual with strong prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure. **Why join Pardo:** * You will be a key player in our supply chain. * You will join a dynamic and collaborative team. * Opportunity to make a real impact on production and process improvement. **If you are solution-oriented, organized, and thrive on challenges, we want to meet you!** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
