With over 75 years of history, Delifactory manufactures, packages, and markets dairy products—including condensed milk and evaporated milk—leveraging process technologies to maintain our high quality standards. **YOUR MISSION** As Financial Manager/Controller, you will serve as the business’s key financial figure, defining and executing the financial strategy together with Management and leading the company’s administrative-financial team. * You will define and oversee financial management of operations, ensuring economic control and reliability of information. * You will lead preparation of the annual budget, monitoring of variances, and proposal of corrective actions and action plans. * You will advise Management on decision-making from a financial, industrial, and strategic perspective. * You will manage, supervise, and optimize analytical accounting systems, driving improvements in cost control, margins, and product/customer profitability. * You will prepare and present financial reporting, financial statements, tax filings, and year-end closings to the Business and Finance Management of the Group. * You will lead and develop the administrative-financial team, fostering autonomy, rigor, and continuous improvement. * You will act as the financial liaison with other Group departments and external stakeholders (auditors, consultants, etc.). The Team You will join Delifactory’s team located in Utebo, accessible by public transport or private vehicle. This position reports to Delifactory’s Management. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED AS FINANCIAL MANAGER/CONTROLLER** * University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost control, margin analysis, investment appraisal, and profitability assessment. * Strong analytical capability and financial acumen, with initiative to add value, propose improvements, and provide well-founded explanations. * Enthusiasm and motivation to actively contribute to the project’s growth and success.
