Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect for the Huesca City Council to prepare, monitor, and manage projects and construction works, conduct inspections, prepare reports, and assist the public. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participation in the preparation, monitoring, and management of projects and construction works. 2. Conducting inspections to ensure legal compliance and technical quality. 3. Providing assistance and information to the public on matters within its competence. We are seeking a Technical Architect for the Huesca City Council. A university degree in Technical Architecture and Building, Building Engineering, Sciences and Technologies of Building, or an equivalent qualification is required, along with specific computer skills relevant to technical architecture. Responsibilities include preparing, monitoring, managing, and evaluating projects and construction works, as well as conducting inspections to ensure legal compliance and technical quality. The role also involves drafting reports, records, and certifications; overseeing occupational safety and health; verifying urban planning compliance; and assisting and informing the public on matters within its competence. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a maximum duration of 3 years for vacancies and replacements, or 9 months in cases of task accumulation. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 15:00\.
