We aim to welcome an **Administrative Assistant** to our team to support reception and administrative management tasks. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, **3:00 PM to 7:00 PM** * **20 hours per week** * Stable schedule throughout the year (summer and winter) **What will you do on a daily basis?** * In-person reception duties. * Telephone reception and call management. * Coordination of visits and courier/messenger services. * Goods receipt note registration and data upload to the internal platform. * Payment review and verification. * Invoice accounting. * Classification and organization of documentation received from stores. **We are looking for someone who is:** * Organized and detail-oriented. * Communicative and skilled in public interaction. * Proficient in basic computer tools. * Administratively trained. **What do we offer?** * **20-hour weekly schedule in the afternoon**. * **Stable working hours throughout the year**. * Positive work environment and opportunity to learn within the team.
