You’ll report directly to the Packaging and Product Development Department, and your key responsibilities will include: * Managing the development and updating of packaging and labeling designs. * Reviewing and correcting labeling texts and components. * Supporting negotiations with packaging and labeling suppliers. * Entering relevant product development information into ERP systems and other software applications. * Monitoring sales KPIs and managing material stock levels. * Handling incidents related to packaging and labeling. * Preparing reports and presentations for the team and other departments. **What will make you succeed in this role?** As a Graduate, you’ll work from our offices and production center in Zaragoza, though you’ll be part of an international team. You’ll quickly assume your own responsibilities and make a tangible impact. Together with other program participants, you’ll exchange knowledge and experiences—supporting each other and helping the company reach a higher level. To succeed in this role, we’d like you to hold a medium or higher university degree in fields related to the company, marketing, or similar disciplines—though we won’t rule out candidates from other backgrounds who demonstrate curiosity, relevant knowledge, and the ability to handle such tasks. Additionally, some experience or training in product development departments and supervision of packaging and labeling design is required. Experience in high-volume food manufacturing plants—and in companies holding food safety certifications such as IFS or BRC—will be especially valued. Proficiency in ERP management software—particularly NAVISION—is essential, as is a high level of Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will also be considered an asset. A valid driver’s license and a high level of English (both written and spoken, B2–C1) are mandatory, as effective communication in an international context is essential. A second language (French or German) would be advantageous.
