Administrative department support We are looking for an administrative professional for a graphic arts company located in Badalona. Main responsibilities will include preparing delivery notes and invoices, managing all related documentation. The candidate will also handle telephone inquiries, resolve questions, and efficiently route calls. The candidate is expected to perform other tasks typical of the administrative department to support the team. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Working hours will be scheduled from Monday to Friday, on a split shift including legally mandated breaks. The contract is temporary. * Minimum one year’s experience in a similar or identical position. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is considered an advantage. GM/GS in Administration or equivalent.
