We pride ourselves on excellent customer support, clear communication, and smooth booking experiences. **Role Overview** We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and highly organised Customer Service \& Admin freelancer to lead our Guest Experience. This role combines guest communication via email and telephone with back\-end administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in helping guests from initial enquiry through to booking, while keeping systems and records accurate and up to date. The position is as a freelancer so you would invoice us each month. **Key Responsibilities** **Customer Service (approx. 60%)** * Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional and friendly manner * Guide guests through property options and booking steps * Follow up on enquiries to help convert leads into bookings * Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and policies * Resolve customer questions or minor issues efficiently * Liaise with venue owners and managers where needed * Maintain a high standard of communication and response times * Feedback calls to check how their stay was **Administration (approx. 40%)** * Update booking systems and internal records * Process booking details, confirmations, and documentation * Manage calendars, pricing and availability updates * Assist with invoicing and payment tracking (non\-accounting) * Monthly reports * Support operational tasks to ensure smooth day\-to\-day running **About You** * Native English a must * Strong customer service skills (hospitality or travel experience preferred) * Highly organised with good attention to detail * Comfortable handling multiple enquiries at once * Confident using email, spreadsheets, and booking/CRM systems * Self\-motivated and able to work independently * Calm and solutions\-focused when dealing with customers **Working Arrangement** * Self\-employed freelance position * Based in Barcelona * Approx. 30 hours per week (flexible scheduling agreed in advance) * Mixture of mainly office based with remote working * Expected availability during core business hours for customer enquiries. 12:00 – 18:00 * Paid via monthly invoice **What We’re Looking For** Someone reliable, proactive, and personable who enjoys helping customers while keeping operations organised behind the scenes.
