LUZA Group is seeking a Site Manager with experience in residential construction to join a leading national construction company. What will your responsibilities be? * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution, complying with cost, schedule, and quality requirements. * Organize the team, assign tasks, and properly coordinate both internal staff and any external personnel involved in the project. * Supervise compliance with prevention measures as well as approved emergency procedures on construction sites. * Provide regular updates to management regarding project status and any deviations. * Monitor supply requirements in coordination with site supervisors. Required qualifications: * Previous experience managing residential building projects. * University degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. * Teamwork skills, communication, and organizational abilities. * Autonomy and initiative to carry out assigned duties. What do we offer? * Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
