You will enjoy attractive employment and salary conditions commensurate with the responsibilities assumed. **What will be your mission?** Your responsibilities will include: * Acting as the highest authority at the plant in the absence of Section Managers, Production Directors, or Factory Management. * Ensuring all employees perform their duties in accordance with the established occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental standards, to meet the production schedule. * Driving and motivating the entire workforce to achieve both strategic and annual goals set by management. * Daily and consistently demonstrating safe and responsible work practices. * Leading and motivating all employees to perform their work as safely and efficiently as possible—both during normal operations and during plant shutdowns. * Assuming responsibilities outlined in the self-protection plan in case of emergencies. * Serving as the technical reference for the shift, as a production specialist. * Coordinating daily activities across various factory sections.
