You will enjoy attractive employment and salary conditions commensurate with the responsibilities assumed. **What will be your mission?** Your responsibilities will include: * Acting as the highest authority at the plant in the absence of Section Managers, Production Directors, or Factory Management. * Ensuring all employees perform their duties in accordance with the established occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental standards, to meet the production schedule. * Driving and motivating the entire workforce to achieve both strategic and annual goals set by management. * Daily and consistently demonstrating safe and responsible work practices. * Leading and motivating all employees to perform their work as safely and efficiently as possible—both during normal operations and during plant shutdowns. * Assuming responsibilities outlined in the self-protection plan in case of emergencies. * Serving as the technical reference for the shift, as a production specialist. * Coordinating daily activities across various factory sections. Leading the defined communication system. * Taking necessary actions to achieve production targets while ensuring maximum safety for personnel and facilities, and meeting defined quality and environmental standards. **What do you need to succeed in this position?** * A university degree in **Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field**, with strong spoken and written English skills, is essential. * A **minimum of 5 years’ experience** performing duties similar to those described, gained in industries operating under continuous processes. * **Availability to work the fifth shift**, the shift assigned to this position, is mandatory. * And most importantly: YOU—a person with **proven leadership**, results orientation, initiative, and **autonomy**, focused on **optimization and continuous improvement**, and demonstrating outstanding **management**, planning, and control capabilities. **The Saica Group is committed to Occupational Risk Prevention for its employees and partner companies, Environmental Protection, Product and Service Quality, and Equal Opportunities between men and women.
