This position focuses on optimizing production processes within the industrial metallurgical sector. The main responsibility involves analyzing and improving work methods and operational times to increase efficiency on manufacturing lines. Day-to-day activities include constant interaction with shop-floor operations, conducting direct observations, and applying the MOST methodology to evaluate task sequences and determine standard times for each activity. Comprehensive documentation of methods and sequences is essential, ensuring that knowledge is properly recorded and accessible. Autonomous work is required, serving as the internal reference for time studies within the facility, periodically reviewing the management system, and proposing data-driven and process-evolution-based improvements. An indefinite-term contract is offered with immediate start date and office hours under an intensive work schedule, with flexible arrival between 7:00 and 9:00, and departure between 15:00 and 17:00\. The annual gross salary ranges from 28\.000 to 32\.000 euros, negotiable according to experience. Proven professional experience and practical expertise in Methods and Time analysis are mandatory, including real-world application and solid knowledge of the MOST methodology. The candidate must be capable of working autonomously, technically defending the results obtained and justifying the criteria used in time studies. Additionally, strong communication skills are valued for interacting with various departments and hierarchical levels across the industrial organization.
