What will your mission be?** We are seeking a District Manager for the Madrid area to lead, supervise, and support our PARIS/64 retail outlets—both within El Corte Inglés department stores and our own branded stores. This position is ideal for a candidate with retail experience, commercial orientation, and the ability to manage teams and multiple retail outlets simultaneously. Your primary mission will be to ensure achievement of sales objectives, guarantee correct implementation of brand standards, and foster a commercial, proactive, results-oriented culture. Reporting to the Retail Manager Spain, your key responsibilities will include: * Supervising and coordinating PARIS/64 retail outlets in Madrid, both within the El Corte Inglés (ECI) channel and in standalone stores. * Ensuring attainment of sales targets, KPIs, and profitability for each outlet. * Analyzing weekly performance results and proposing concrete action plans to improve sales, conversion rate, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value. * Managing, motivating, and supporting sales teams to ensure high performance levels. * Conducting frequent store visits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure in-store excellence. * Guaranteeing proper implementation of brand standards, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational procedures. * Coordinating follow-up with the Retail Manager Spain and headquarters team, reporting results, needs, and incidents. * Participating in training, development, and performance tracking of team talent. * Ensuring proper stock management, replenishment, product rotation, and best-seller monitoring. * Acting as a reference figure for teams, promoting a commercial, approachable, and results-driven culture. **3\. Requirements. What profile are we looking for?** * Prior experience in retail and managing multiple retail outlets. * Experience within the El Corte Inglés channel is especially valued. * Strong commercial orientation and analytical capability. * Experience working with store-level KPIs: sales, conversion rate, UPT, average transaction value, and profitability. * A close, demanding, and motivating leadership style. * Ability to train, organize, and develop teams. * Proactive, solution-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt to dynamic environments. * Availability to travel frequently among various Madrid retail outlets. * B2 or higher level of English is preferred. * Passion for fashion and desire to contribute to PARIS/64's growth. **4\.
